You must provide your registration details, that is, those recorded in the Commercial Registry.
Terms of use are not mandatory but highly recommended to avoid future problems.
PRIVACY POLICY
In this section, you must inform users, in simple language, about the data you collect from them, how you will use it, whether it is shared with third parties, and who those third parties are.
COOKIE POLICY
You must inform users, as before, that browsing cookies will be recorded when they browse your website.
