HOW TO BUY PHOTOS
Register on our website.
Click the icon below each photo to add it to your cart.
Click the cart icon to view your selected photos.
When you’re ready to proceed, press “Confirm Order”.
Enter your details and make sure your email is correct.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a download link to get your photos.
PHOTO PRICES
Each event has its own prices, shown at the top of the album.
Discounts are available depending on how many photos you buy.
You can use Quick Purchase to buy all photos at once.
Free photos do not count towards discounts.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
When you access an album, the available payment methods will be displayed.
HOW DO I NOTIFY A PAYMENT?
Once you have made the payment, please send us the bank transfer or deposit receipt. This will speed up the process of downloading your photos.
You can notify us of your payment using the button shown below.
CAN I PRINT MY PHOTOS?
If you’ve already made the payment but haven’t received the photos, check your email, including your Spam or Junk folder.
If you can’t find the email, contact the support team so they can send you the download link.
If you have lots of photos, you’ll see a button to DOWNLOAD ALL in a ZIP file. The photos you download will not have a watermark.
The photos will be saved in the Downloads folder on your computer.
I RECEIVED THE DOWNLOAD LINK, BUT I CAN’T DOWNLOAD MY PHOTOS?
Below the download button in the email, you’ll find the download link which you can copy and paste into your browser.
If you still can’t access it, please get in touch with us so we can assist you
I DOWNLOADED THE ZIP FILE, BUT I DON’T KNOW HOW TO VIEW THE PHOTOS.
If you’re using Windows, you might need to download the WinZip program.If you already have the program, just right-click on the ZIP file and select "Extract Here".
If you’re using a Mac, simply double-click the ZIP file.
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE PHOTOS?
However, the photos you purchase, once the payment is verified, are sent in high resolution and without a watermark.
DOES MY CART GET CLEARED WHEN I LOG OUT?
NO. Once you start adding photos to your cart, they remain stored until the purchase is completed.
You can take as many days as you like to build your cart.
Once the purchase is finished, you’ll be able to see your orders in the Purchase History.
